Platinum Concierge

Platinum Concierge is a service offered by EuropAssistance consisting of the organisation of services at the customer’s every request and of the provision of information and organisation services. The services are available 24 hours a day in Poland and abroad.

The scope of Platinum Concierge services:

  • arrangement of delivery of certain goods at the address stated by the cardholder,
  • the arrangement of relaxation anywhere in the world,
  • booking tables at restaurants,
  • arrangement of conference halls
  • arrangement of child care (babysitter),
  • arrangement of help in the house, services of repairmen, etc.
  • General help-line,
  • Medical help-line,
  • Legal help-line,
  • Door-to-door package – a service of transporting the customer’s passenger car from the place indicated by the customer in order for the following services to be performed:
    - maintenance check-up,
    - replacement of tires,
    - car washing
