In the case of card loss or theft, you should cancel the card as soon as possible by telephoning:

• Automatic Call Centre - 801 667 332 or
  +48 58 3 000 0000 for mobile phone or for the customers calling from abroad,
  Mon 6:00 to Sat 6:00 (24/5)
  Sat from 9:00 to 17:00
  
• or the bank branch where the card was issued.
