Subscription for shares through the internet

As of 04 January 2007 Nordea Bank in cooperation with eCard SA made it possible for its customers to subscribe for shares through the Internet.

What is eZapisy?

eZapisy (eSubscription) is an internet service created by the Capital Partners Brokerage House and eCARD S.A. enabling private persons to subscribe for shares in public offerings, without any previous actual visit to any brokerage house. eZapisy has been developed on the basis of the legal solutions laid down in the commercial law doctrine.*

W wyniku rejestracji nadawany jest login i hasło, które są używane przy dalszym korzystaniu z serwisu eZapisy (np. przy kolejnych emisjach).
Zapis na akcje następuje poprzez wypełnienie formularza zapisu i dokonanie opłaty przy pomocy bezpiecznego przelewu elektronicznego – w przypadku klientów Nordea Bank Polska SA jest to przelew internetowy „Płać z Nordea”.

„Płać z Nordea” jest bezpośrednim przelewem realizowanym z użyciem serwisu internetowego Nordea Bank Polska SA. Jeśli zapis jest poprawnie zweryfikowany przez systemy Domu Maklerskiego to Klient oczekuje na zakończenie przyjmowania zapisów oraz rozliczenie.

W innym przypadku następuje kontakt z Klientem. Po rozliczeniu Dom Maklerski przekazuje przydzielone akcje na rachunek wskazany podczas składania zapisu lub na rachunek sponsora emisji oraz w przypadku redukcji przekazuje nadpłaconą kwotę na rachunek z którego nastąpiła zapłata.

Korzyści wynikające z użycia przy emisji produktu eZapisy
	To make a subscription it is not necessary to leave the house at all – the only requirement is to have internet access and a bank account with an eTransfer facility, such as „Pay with Nordea”.
Subscriptions for securities in public offerings may only be placed by the clients of the brokerage houses which operate web services. This, however, only applies to securities offered by the given brokerage house. If a given brokerage house is not a member of the offering syndicate, then the client has to visit an office of another brokerage house, make a subscription on paper and pay for it. Thanks to eZapisy, the client will avoid having to travel to such offices. The user of eZapisy does not have to hold a securities account at all when making the subscription – he or she can open one with any brokerage house after the subscription (provided that the terms and conditions of the offering allow for the keeping of the so-called issue sponsor’s register).

Registration of a customer with eZapisy:

state your personal details;

upon registration, you will be assigned a login name and a password, which are to be used when working with eZapisy (e.g. at future share issues).

Subscription for shares is placed by filling in a subscription form and effecting payment by safe electronic transfer- for the customers of Nordea Bank Polska SA it is the „Pay with Nordea” internet transfer;

fill in a subscription form for securities;

pay for the subscription with „Pay with Nordea”;

Rules and Regulations of the eZapisy service

„Pay with Nordea” is a direct transfer via the Nordea Bank Polska SA. netbanking facility. If the subscription is positively verified by the Brokerage House’s systems, the client is only to wait for the closing of the subscription and the settlement.

Otherwise, the client is contacted. After the settlement, the Brokerage House transfers the allocated shares to the account indicated in the subscription or to the issue sponsor’s account. If there is a reduction, the Brokerage House remits the overpaid amount to the account from which it originated.
