How to order an authentication card

You may order a new card by calling the Call Centre on 801 667 332 or via the internet, after you have logged in to electronic banking system, by filling in "an Application for New Authentication Cards" on the Internet, available on the navigation bar menu under "Applications, Authentication Cards".

For your protection against unauthorized use, each Authentication Card sent to you has to be activated. The first card may be activated by a Call Centre Consultant or by you on the Internet.

To activate your card online select the tab Other Functions, and then "Activate Customer in the System". You will then be prompted to enter your ID number and your static password.
