Our Call Centre is opened for you 24 hours a day, 5 days a week from Monday 6.00 a.m. to Saturday 6.00 a.m., and additionally on Saturdays from 9.00 a.m. till 5.00 p.m. Our Customers Service Team will be happy to give you all information you need regarding Nordea Bank services. You may also obtain the basic information about Nordea Bank services via the automatic system, without contacting the Call Centre Consultants.

By calling the Transaction Call Centre you can execute transactions and inquire about the account balance, the account history, the executed transfers, etc.
How to use the Transaction Call CentreVia our operational infoline you can realize the following operations:
- check balance of your accounts
- check 10 last operations
- receive statement of 10 last operations by fax
- effect domestic transfer
- open deposit in PLN or foreign currency
- close deposit
- hear information about deposits opened
