Overdraft facility step by step

Having logged on to the electronic banking system, fill in the application form for the overdraft facility.

6. At the end of the application form, you will find documents, which you need to fill in, print and post to the address of the Contact

Centre: 80-873 Gdańsk, ul. Na Ostrowiu 1:

  • certificate of employment and the amount of earnings (if required),
  • spouse’s consent to the undertaking of the obligation – the document is not required if
  • you and your spouse have the status of separate estates in matrimony or the requested facility
  • does not exceed PLN 3,000,
  • permission for the processing of personal details,
  • and, if required
  • a copy of a document certifying the status of separate estates in matrimony.

5. If you derive your income from a disability allowances or pension, then you need to attach:

  • a copy of the latest disability allowances/pension pension slip,
  • a copy of the decision to award a disability allowances/pension.

The Bank will process your application within 3 business days of the submission of the application form with all the required documents unless it is impossible for the Bank to process the application within such time for reasons beyond Bank’s control.

4. A courier will deliver two counterparts of the loan agreement to your home.

3. Before you sign the agreement, the courier will verify your personal details stated in the loan agreement against your ID.

2. You must remember that when the courier arrives, you must have on you:

  • the ID,
  • the originals of the documents whose copies you sent to the Contact Centre.

If your spouse is not a Borrower, the facility exceeds PLN 3,000 and you do not have separate estates in matrimony, your spouse should also be present at the signing of the agreement and sign a declaration of submission to enforcement, which is attached to the loan agreement.

1. The facility will be activated on the receipt by the Contact Centre of the correctly executed loan agreement. The signature on the agreement must be consistent with the specimen signature placed under the Account Agreement.
