Investment Fund Units
Investment Fund Units: a new form of saving
Nordea invests for you
Nordea Bank Polska expands its range of financial products by adding units of renowned investment funds (TFI), which will be sold through the Bank's Branch Offices.
ING funds
The offer has been created for those clients who have surplus cash or deposits that will soon mature.
For a start, Nordea Bank Polska will be selling a family of investment funds managed by ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych, which includes:
- Bonds Fund (Fundusz Obligacji)-available in Polish
- Steady Increase Fund (Fundusz Stabilnego Wzrostu)-available in Polish
- Balanced Fund (Fundusz Zrównoważony)-available in Polish
- Shares Fund (Fundusz Akcji)-available in Polish
In future, units of other funds are planned to be sold. Once Poland has entered the European Union, the offering will also be expanded by adding Nordea Group funds.
The investment fund units sold at Nordea Bank Polska Branch Office match the customers' needs and their investment strategies, both in terms of expected profits and the risk involved in the investment decisions.
Customers investing short-term and expecting small but secure profit with no risk may choose the units of those investment funds that focus on investing in short-term securities, such as T-bonds and T-bills.
For those interested in mid-term investments and ready to take higher risk in exchange for the prospect of a higher growth of the investment, we recommend the Balanced or Steady Increase Funds, where investments in public companies' shares are more important. Investors who want to get a high growth over a long term (e.g. 10 - 15 years) will be interested in the Shares Fund which may show substantial fluctuations but eventually brings the highest profit in a long-term perspective.
Purchase of the units of investment funds managed by ING TFI is subject to the same rules as applied in other banks co-operating with ING TFI, particularly in terms of fees and commissions. The first payment on each of ING investment funds is minimum PLN 200, and each next payment must be minimum PLN 50.
