The APR calculated for a loan in the amount of PLN 300 000, with an 29% LTV ratio, for a term of 30 years, repayable in equal installments and a fee of 1,5%. Apart from the fee, the APR also includes credit-related insurance costs, the cost of examination of the legal status of the real property, the cost of establishment of mortgage.
