Opening the account

Information for individuals

an application for opening a current account for individuals running their own business

Send copies of documents confirming that you conduct business activity to the following address:

Documents confirming that you conduct business activity comprise the following:
- a certificate confirming the entry of your business in the Commercial   Register or Small Business Records
- a document certifying the assignment of a statistical number for your   firm
- a document certifying the assignment of taxpayer`s identification   number "NIP" to your business

On the copies of documents please write the following declaration:
"I declare that the data contained herein is up-to-date and this copy is a true copy of the original."
Below sign your name and affix your company stamp.

Remember that the data contained in the sent documents must be up-to-date. If it is not - e.g. the company`s seat, name or owner`s name has changed - visit the relevant authority to update the document in question.

A courier company will deliver the following right to your door: an account opening agreement in duplicate, an inactive Visa Electron
card, an inactive authorisation card or token and your ID number

Sign the agreement and the courier will deliver it to Nordea Banku

Nordea Bank employee will call you to activate your account and Visa Electron card

Your account is now active!
