Bank guarantee
Nordea Bank Polska S.A. guarantees the repayment of credits or other liabilities of your company. Bank guarantee is the written obligation of a bank to repay the beneficiary of the guarantee the sum specified in the agreement on the agreed terms. The bank guarantee is like a potential credit and therefore the procedure of granting the guarantee is similar to the credit one.
When the bank grants a guarantee it requires the same collateral as in the credit procedure.
