How to have your credit card stopped

In the event of the loss of the card (theft or loss), the card should be stopped as soon as possible. To do this, call:

  • Nordea''s Call Centre, opened from Monday, 6:00 a.m. to  Saturday, 6:00 a.m. (24/5) and on Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.:
    • 801 667 332 or
    • +48 58 3 000 000 for customers ringing from mobile phone or from abroad,
  • or the branch Nordea which issued the card.
