Blocking a Visa card

In the case of card loss or theft, you should cancel the card as soon as possible by telephoning:

To receive a replacement card please contact the branch office where your corporate current account is held.

If the card loss or theft occurs whilst abroad, you may use the emergency cash withdrawal service or obtain a replacement card. Both services are offered by Visa International.

A replacement card will be issued within one business day. It is valid for a short period of time and does not have an assigned PIN. The emergency cash withdrawal allows for the withdrawal of the equivalent of a maximum USD 5,000 in the currency of the country of the withdrawal. The corporate account is charged with the withdrawal and related commissions. To obtain a replacement card abroad or to make an emergency cash withdrawal please contact one of the local Visa International Centres.
