Message concerning the acceptance and execution of Elixir interbank transactions

Message concerning the acceptance and execution of Elixir interbank transactions realized through KIR S.A. in Nordea Bank Polska S.A.

Nordea Bank Polska S.A. participates in three Elixir sessions realized through the intermediation of KIR S.A.

  1. The hours when the Bank receives Customers’ orders. The times when orders are received depend on the form of the order (paper or electronic) and on the channel of distribution (Branches or systems of electronic banking in Nordea).

    2. A/ Bank Branches

    The hours when the orders are received in particular Branches of the Bank are announced in the form of separate Messages, delivered to customers on the notice board in the specific Branch.

    B/ The systems of electronic banking in Nordea

    The hours when orders are received are identical to the hours of realization of orders as described in point 2. # Orders accepted for realization after the times specified in this Message will be realized not later than the next business day

  2. The hours when transactions are executed. We wish to inform you that the hours when inter-bank Elixir transactions are executed in Nordea Bank Polska S.A. are as follows:

    3. A/ Transactions that are registered in the Bank’s information system not later than 8:00 are dispatched to the I session in KIR

    B/ Transactions that are registered in the Bank’s information system not later than 11:20 are dispatched to the II session in KIR

    C/ Transactions that are registered in the Bank’s information system not later than 14:00 are dispatched to the III session in KIR

Transactions that are registered in the system after 14:00 are dispatched to the I session in KIR on the next day.

Social Security Office transactions that are registered in the Bank’s information system before 19:00 are dispatched to KIR on the same day.

ELIXIR received from KIR:

  • I SESSION – entering into the bank’s system is made at around 11:00
  • II SESSION – entering into the bank’s system is made at around 15:00
  • II SESSION - entering into the bank’s system is made at around. 17:30
