Wojciech Rybowski – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Nordea Bank Polska S.A. since 1997, since 1993 a member of the Board.
Graduated from Gdansk University, faculty of the Economics of Transport. Doctor habilitated on economics. From 1974 to 1992 – a research and teaching employee at Gdansk University. He has worked at the Louisville University, USA, South Pacific University on Fiji, and James Cook University in Australia. Since 1992, President of the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development (Gdańska Fundacja Kształcenia Menedżerów). A professor at the Maritime Academy in Gdynia since 2001. From 2002 to 2008, a professor and the head of the Faculty of Economics and International Finance at the Academy of International Economic and Political Relations (Wyższa Szkoła Międzynarodowych Stosunków Gospodarczych i Politycznych) in Gdynia.
Between 1998 and 2006, the CEO and since 2006 the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of STBU. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Inwestycje Kapitałowe S.A. (2002-2004). Member of the Supervisory Board of BOT Górnictwo i Energetyka S.A. (2006-2008).

Thomas Neckmar – Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Nordea Bank Polska S.A.
Degree in economics. He graduated from the Lund University in Sweden in 1978 with a Master of Business Administration certificate. In 1994 he graduated from the International Management Institute in Lausanne.
From 1978 to 1984, Mr Neckmar worked for the Swedish company AC Nielsen Co, from 1984-1988 he was employed as a Marketing Manager in MoDo/Holmen, then as a Business Area Manager.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial Committee of Civic Dialogue of the Governor of Pomeranian Province, member of the Provincial Employment Council and the RPO Monitoring Committee 2007-2013.
In 2007, Mr Dobrzyniecki was appointed Vice Chairman of the Civic Committee for the Support of EURO 2012 in Gdansk.

Esa Juhani Tuomi - Member of the Supervisory Board of Nordea Bank Polska S.A.
Graduated from School of Economics, Helsinki and the University of Helsinki, International Law. Completed MBA, FINTRA (Helsinki).
Between 1980-1982, he was a Sales Representative with Europcar, Helsinki.
From 1983 to 1985, he worked as Head of Legal Affairs Department for Intrum Justitia. In 1986, he held the position of "Conseiller commercial adjoint" working for the Foreign Ministry of Finland, based in Brussels. Between 1987-1988, he was a Corporate Manager with OKOBANK, Helsinki, Stockholm. From 1988 to 1991, he held the position of a Vice President, Corporate Banking with KOP, Luxembourg and then worked as Head of the Representative Office of KOP in Paris (1991 – 1994). From 1995 to1996, Esa Tuomi served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Banking, for Merita Bank, London. He also worked as Vice President for International Credits with MeritaNordbanken, Helsink in (1997-2000), and between 2000 – 2001 he was a General Manager of MeritaNordbanken in Riga. Then, from 2001 to 2003, he held the position of Head of County and Bank Risk Management, working in Copenhagen.
Currently Head of Corporate Banking, Poland and Baltic Countries (Nordea Bank, Copenhagen).

Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski - Member of the Supervisory Board of Nordea Bank Polska S.A.
Graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of Lodz University. He has held the positions of Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology, Lodz University (1999-2002), Prorector of Lodz University (2002-2008), Head of the Department of Contemporary Economic Theories at Lodz University, head of the Chair of Macroeconomics at Lodz University (now). Winner of the scientific awards: the Polish ''Nobel Prize'' in economics in 2002, scientific prize of the Mayor of Lodz, 2002, three scientific prizes of the Minister of Science and Higher Education in 1979, 1989 and 1999.

Emilia Osewska - Mądry - Member of the Supervisory Board of Nordea Bank Polska S.A.
In 1985, she graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of Warsaw University. Between 1983 and 1982 she studied in New York in New School for Social Research, Department of Psychology. From 1994 to 1995, she studied at Lancaster University - Management School (Business and Administration Programme).
Ms Osewska-Mądry worked as Office Manager of an Ophthalmology Clinic (Brooklyn, New York: 1982 - 1983), Translator from English into Polish (1985 - 1990), Sales and Marketing Manager for British Airways (1990 - 1999). Between 1999 and 2001 she was the Chair of the Board of Airlines Representatives and from 2000 to 2002, a Board member of the British-Polish Chamber of Commerce. At present, Ms Osewska-Mądry is British Airways Country Manager, in charge of a Field Sales team, responsible for business relationships with key customers and Producing, developing, implementing and managing sales strategies.

He attended a number of Senior Management trainings over the last 15 years and in Nordea, he participated in Nordea Executive and Education & Development Programme (NEED) in 2004. Previous positions, among others: Controller, Postgirot Bank AB; Head of Business Control in Postgirot Bank AB; Head of Business Area Small-and Medium Sized Companies (Postgirot Bank AB); CFO and member of the Board in Postgirot Bank AB; CFO and member of the Board in Nordea Bank Polska S.A. Now Head of Administration for Nordea New European Markets).

Jacek Gracjan Wańkowicz - Member of the Supervisory Board of Nordea Bank Polska S.A.
A graduate of the Electric Engineering Faculty of Wrocław Technical University. Doctor habilitated of technical sciences. A researcher and professor at Wrocław Technical University from 1973 to 1996.
He worked as a senior lecturer at Bayero University, Nigeria (1984-1986) and as the Business Continuity Manager at the Italian company Kano Kiln Ltd in Nigeria (1996-1997). In 1990-1991 he was a scholar - holder of a grant by DAAB at Stuttgart University and by the Swedish Institute at Stockholm University.
Since 2001, Dr Wańkowicz has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Zakłady Porcelany Elektrotechnicznej ZAPEL S.A. in Boguchwała (2001-2007 Chairman of the Board, now Vice Chairman).
From 2005 to 2007, he was the secretary of the Supervisory Board of BOT Górnictwo i Energetyka S.A.
Since 1997, he has been the general manager of the Power Engineering Institute in Warsaw

Henrik Bernhard Winther - Member of Nordea Bank’s Supervisory Board.
Since 2003, he has been working as Head of Retail in the regional management of Nordea, New European Markets (Poland, Baltic Countries and Russia). He graduated from Copenhagen University, receiving an M.Sc. in Economics. Then he received a degree in Commerce - major in Finance and Banking from Copenhagen School of Economics and Business Administration (1982).
He started working already in 1977, employed at the Department of Customs, Ministry of Finance, and four years later he started post-graduate work with the Supervision Authority of Mortgage Institutions. In 1982, he became Head of Section at the Danish Export Credit Council (EKR) – Credit Division and later, in 1986 he worked as Head of Section in EKR’s International Guarantee Division. From 1989 to 1992, Mr Winther worked in Jakarta, Indonesia as the Director of Marketing and Admission at IEU Institute of Management, then as a consultant for Co-operative Centre Denmark. In 1993 he was the Head of Section at the Ministry of Industry, Planning Department, before being Regional Manager at the Nordic Development Fund /Nordic Investment Bank in Helsinki, Finland, from 1993 to 1996. From 1996 to 2002 he held the following positions Head of Division at the Danish Export Credit Fund, Reinsurance and Marketing Division.: Deputy General Manager at Tryg-Baltica International, Senior Vice President at Tryg-Baltica (Nordea), Strategy & Business Development, Senior Vice President at Tryg Vesta Group, Strategy & Planning, Executive Management Board Secretariat.

Doctor of Laws. He worked as a senior lecturer at the Law School of Gdańsk University from 1983 to 1997. He is a Senior Managing Partner at Kancelaria Radców Prawnych i Adwokatów dr M. Głuchowski, dr A. Jedliński, dr. J. Rodziewicz, adw. A. Zwara Spółka Partnerska (law firm).
Dr Głuchowski held the position of Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Magna Polonia National Investment Fund in Warsaw, member of the Supervisory Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (National Depository for Securities) in Warsaw, member of the Supervisory Board of FALA spółka z o.o., Gdańsk, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PORT SERVICE Sp. z o.o., Chairman of the Supervisory Board of „Centrum Haffnera” Sp. z o.o. as well as member of the Supervisory Board of Nordea Bank Polska S.A. (1998-2006).
For the last two years (2006-2008), Dr Głuchowski held the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PKO BP S.A. and while holding this position, he was temporarily delegated to perform the duties of the CEO, from January to April 2007.
